What you will do

• Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling sessions, booking rooms, and managing materials across multiple company sites.
• Maintain accurate training records, attendance, certifications, and compliance reporting.
• Administer the Learning Management System (LMS), supporting user onboarding, content organization, and technical troubleshooting.
• Apply project coordination practices to track timelines, deliverables, and milestones for talent development initiatives.
• Collaborate with trainers and subject matter experts to ensure learning content remains accurate and engaging.
• Analyze training metrics and participant feedback to support continuous program improvement.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in learning & development, training coordination, or HR support.
• Basic understanding of project coordination principles, including task tracking and stakeholder communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills and high accuracy in managing documentation.
• Must be based in Surrey, BC, Canada for onsite work.

Nice to have

• Experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment.
• Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or training platforms.
• Ability to analyze training data and develop reports or dashboards.
