Location: Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada (Hybrid: office required Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday)

Salary: $111,200 - $139,000 CAD base + 10% target bonus

What you will do

  • Develop messaging and positioning frameworks based on buyer personas and competitive landscape.
  • Execute GTM strategies including product launches, content creation, customer profiling, and sales enablement.
  • Analyze product usage and customer insights to inform roadmap, pricing, and sales materials.
  • Create sales enablement resources like decks, demos, case studies, and training for sales and partners.
  • Own analyst relations strategy, briefings, and inquiries with Gartner, Forrester, and others.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, and leadership to align on objectives and initiatives.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in product marketing for B2B SaaS in finance, fintech, or payments
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Exceptional verbal/written communication for presentations at events
  • Deep customer empathy and ability to translate technical features to buyer language
  • Track record in GTM deliverables and cross-functional collaboration
  • Critical thinking, curiosity, and self-motivation in fast-paced environment

Nice to have

  • Experience in content, field marketing, demand gen, or partner marketing
