What you will do

• Provide full-range fund accounting and administration services to private equity clients, including NAV preparation, custody servicing, investor record-keeping, and reporting.
• Manage a team of Fund Accountants, train staff on NAV processes, and allocate resources to meet Service Level Agreements.
• Work with banks, auditors, brokers, and custodians to ensure smooth service delivery and compliance.
• Review and approve fee schedules, investor allocations, waterfall calculations, capital calls, and distributions.
• Handle client queries, approve fund expenses, and assist with audited financial statements and regulatory reporting.
• Establish client-specific procedures, participate in system initiatives, and contribute to process and technological improvements.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance or Accounting.
• At least 5 years' experience in fund administration with staff management experience.
• In-depth understanding of the fund industry.
• Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel, and willingness to adopt new technologies.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP.

Nice to have

• Qualified accountant or relevant qualification.
• Good knowledge of private credit or loan products.
• Experience with fund accounting software like Geneva, Investran, Yardi, or Bloomberg.
