What you will do

• Deliver full fund accounting services to private market clients including NAV preparation/review, custody, investor record keeping, and reporting
• Manage and train team of Fund Accountants to meet service delivery and SLAs
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, brokers, and custodians for smooth NAV completion
• Approve fee schedules, management fees, carried interest, investor allocations, and fund expenses
• Review/approve reports, schedules, audited financials, and regulatory filings
• Establish procedures, ensure cross-training, resource allocation, and contribute to office growth and system projects

Requirements

• University degree in Banking/Finance/Mathematics/Accounting/Economics; qualified accountant preferred
• Several years of fund administration experience servicing Private Equity and/or Private Debt clients
• Demonstrated experience managing staff in fund administration, investment management, or auditing
• High proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• In-depth knowledge of private markets fund structures, fee calculations, financial instruments, and fund documentation

Nice to have

• Experience with fund accounting software like Investran, Geneva, or Yardi
