What you will do

  • Manage lab-oriented industry pricing to ensure competitive and strategic positioning
  • Monitor top supplements products, categories, key suppliers, and industry pricing trends including discounting
  • Perform financial analysis on margin changes and assess impact of pricing and discounting decisions
  • Support supplier negotiations with pricing insights and scenario modeling
  • Build and maintain pricing models, dashboards, and reporting
  • Ensure pricing accuracy, governance, and consistency across workflows
  • Provide analytical support to category-level analysis and ad-hoc initiatives

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, supplier strategy, or related role
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
  • Experience working with pricing, discounting, and margin dynamics
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets; SQL and BI tools preferred
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills

Nice to have

  • Experience in healthcare, labs, supplements, or marketplace businesses
