Salary: $105,000 - $120,000

What you will do
- Run FP&A cycles as structured projects, defining scope, RACI, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables while tracking status and sending reminders.
- Develop and maintain FP&A operating calendar for month-end, forecasts, annual planning, aligned with accounting and reporting schedules.
- Serve as central coordination point between FP&A, Product, and Corporate Functions for cross-functional governance.
- Deliver executive-ready communications on planning updates, risks, and milestones; validate storylines for leadership reviews.
- Organize and facilitate forecast reviews, budget workshops, monthly performance forums, and executive financial sessions.
- Assist in preparing executive review materials and Board meetings; create SOPs for processes like variance commentary and headcount reconciliation.
- Recommend and implement continuous improvements to budgetary and planning processes; handle special projects and proactively resolve bottlenecks.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in business, strategy, or communications
- Background in management consulting, finance transformation, or Project Management Office strongly preferred
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and enterprise processes
- Exceptional communication, synthesis, and stakeholder-management skills
- Self-starter with high accountability, follow-through, attention to detail, and documentation discipline
- Collaborative mindset with strong stakeholder service orientation
