What you will do
- Build and lead a global, AI-first Talent Acquisition function to increase talent density across the organization.
- Partner with FP&A and executive leadership on proactive, data-driven headcount planning and forecasting.
- Implement AI-driven workflows across the recruiting lifecycle to reduce manual effort by at least 30%.
- Manage and develop a distributed TA team across the US and Europe.
- Optimize external recruiting partnerships and hold third-party agencies accountable for ROI and performance.
- Act as a strategic advisor to executives, challenging hiring plans and calibrating expectations.
Requirements
- Proven track record of delivering aggressive hiring targets in fast-scaling, global organizations.
- Experience building and leading high-performing Talent Acquisition teams.
- Ability to partner with FP&A on workforce strategy and headcount planning.
- Experience implementing AI or automation into recruiting workflows to improve efficiency.
- Must be able to follow East Coast hours (typically starting 8:00 AM EST).
- Results-first, data-driven mindset with a focus on ownership and high performance.
