What you will do

  • Co-shape and execute the commercial strategy for the Pharma & Life Sciences sector in partnership with leadership.
  • Drive above-market growth by expanding the footprint with global pharma, biotech, and medical device providers.
  • Design and win large-scale Data & AI programs to accelerate R&D and optimize manufacturing and commercial operations.
  • Lead complex end-to-end sales cycles from opportunity origination to negotiation and closure.
  • Nurture senior, trust-based relationships across R&D, Clinical, Safety, Regulatory, and Technology leadership.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in the pharmaceutical & life sciences sector, including biotech and medical devices.
  • Proven track record of sustained, high-growth account development across large portfolios.
  • Experience selling multi-million-pound consulting engagements across advisory, engineering, and managed services.
  • Extensive network of senior stakeholders within global life sciences enterprises.
  • Ability to articulate how GenAI, ML, and cloud data platforms are reshaping the industry.
  • Must be based in Europe
