What you will do

• Oversee accounting department for accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly statements and annual audits.
• Own monthly close process, including accruals, intercompany accounting, inventory, manufacturing variances, and reconciliations.
• Perform P&L and balance sheet variance analysis and provide cash forecasting to corporate team.
• Manage fixed asset and lease accounting processes.
• Partner with site leadership to deliver financial insights for decision-making and operational efficiency.
• Establish systems and controls for data integrity and participate in special projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years progressive accounting and financial leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, cost accounting, and manufacturing environment principles.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial reporting, and KPI tracking.
• Demonstrated leadership, including supervising staff and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills to translate financial data for non-finance stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Manufacturing accounting experience.
