TL;DR

Product Marketing Manager, Launch Lead (SaaS): Orchestrating end-to-end product launches and release marketing to keep millions of users informed and engaged with an accent on GTM operations and high-stakes communications. Focus on designing scalable launch playbooks, authoring release narratives, and coordinating complex cross-functional workflows.

Location: Hybrid; Must be based in San Francisco or New York (Required office attendance on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays)

Salary: $170,000 - $205,000 per year

What you will do

  • Orchestrate end-to-end launch operations for product releases from planning through execution and measurement.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Design, Engineering, Growth, and Sales Enablement.
  • Design, document, and evolve the launch playbook, including tiering models, timelines, and checklists.
  • Own release marketing channels: What's New emails, the changelog, and in-product communications.
  • Raise the bar for messaging quality and GTM coordination to ensure each release feels unmistakably hirify.global.
  • Build reporting and feedback loops to connect launch activity to user adoption and business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in product marketing, product communications, or launch operations at a fast-paced technology company.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling craft for formats ranging from changelog entries to video scripts.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs with many moving parts.
  • Strong product intuition and ability to translate technical features into compelling narratives.
  • Builder's mindset focused on designing and improving systems and processes.

Nice to have

  • Experience owning release marketing channels (email, changelog, in-product messaging) at scale.
  • Familiarity with the productivity, collaboration, or knowledge management space.
  • A portfolio of successful launches showcasing strategy, copy, and creative direction.
