What you will do

• Manage a team of product marketing strategists and consultants to achieve annuity business objectives.
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, including product positioning and B2B go-to-market plans.
• Champion the voice of the customer and advisor to integrate customer-centricity into the product roadmap.
• Create core product collateral and lead marketing center of excellence partners in planning and execution.
• Collaborate with distribution teams and business stakeholders to ensure strategic buy-in.
• Participate in annual and quarterly planning to align marketing goals with organizational priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and 10+ years of relevant financial services experience.
• 7+ years of marketing experience specifically within annuities and marketing to advisors and consumers.
• 2+ years of experience leading, managing, or mentoring team members.
• 2+ years of experience driving B2B, B2B2B, and B2C traditional marketing funnel activities.
• Must be able to pass a non-registered fingerprint background check.
