What you will do
- Manage development and execution of patient and HCP branded campaigns and messaging, including MLR review.
- Lead sales force materials development and collaborate on training materials.
- Generate lead and activation plans with insights teams to identify patients and caregivers.
- Manage field teams execution, implementation plans, budgets, and KPIs tracking.
- Co-lead US strategic integrated marketing brand plans and core team activities.
- Support market research, peer-to-peer programs, events, forecasting, and agency interactions.
Requirements
- B.A. or B.S. degree.
- 5+ years relevant industry experience, including 3+ years direct product marketing and 1+ year leadership in sales/marketing.
- Strong US marketing experience; rare disease focus preferred.
- Strong project management skills managing cross-functional teams, projects, and vendors.
- Experience with medical/legal/regulatory review processes (MLR).
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, analytical acumen, and cross-functional collaboration.
