Salary: $129,000 - $233,000 a year

What you will do

• Lead development and execution of multi-year product roadmap for sample management portfolio, identifying market opportunities and driving commercialization.
• Manage product lifecycle for portfolio lines, including claims evolution, COGS reduction, pricing, and rationalization.
• Provide strategic leadership to cross-functional teams as voice of customer throughout product development stages.
• Prioritize product initiatives, create business cases, and secure resources from R&D, regulatory, operations, finance, marketing, and sales.
• Develop SMS business growth strategy, conduct market research, and cultivate KOL relationships to drive adoption.
• Analyze financial metrics, generate insights from scientific literature, and support sales for key accounts.

Requirements

• Must be able to travel throughout the US/Canada and internationally
• Bachelor’s Degree in business or science (PhD or MBA highly desirable)
• 10+ years in product management, preferably in medical devices/diagnostics
• Track record of successful new product launches from concept to commercialization
• Experience in market research, business opportunity assessment, sales collaboration, and KOL relationships
• Proven team leadership and coaching of high-performing associates
