TL;DR

Director, Product Management (RCM SaaS): Set the strategic vision and direction for the Eligibilities portion of the RCM portfolio and lead a team of Product Managers to deliver measurable business and customer impact with an accent on scaling SaaS platforms in complex environments. Focus on aligning long-term strategy with disciplined execution, building repeatable delivery systems, and ensuring investments drive outcomes for dental practices.

Location: Remote in the United States with up to 20% travel. Not currently hiring individuals residing in Alaska, Delaware, Hawaii, Louisiana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Vermont, West Virginia, Washington DC, or Puerto Rico and other US Territories.

Salary: $170,000 - $215,000

What you will do

  • Own the vision, multi-year strategy, and performance of the Eligibilities product portfolio, defining compelling roadmaps aligned to objectives and customer outcomes.
  • Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team of Product Managers, establishing expectations, coaching on strategic thinking, and building a culture of accountability.
  • Champion customer needs through discovery, data analytics, and competitive insights to inform decisions across the product lifecycle.
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver scalable solutions, manage prioritization, and drive launches with measurable adoption.
  • Establish operating rhythms, metrics-driven reviews, and feedback loops for continuous optimization and executive communication.
  • Stay current on RCM trends and identify growth opportunities to expand market leadership.

Requirements

  • 10+ years building and scaling enterprise SaaS products with track record of business outcomes.
  • 3–5 years leading Product Management teams.
  • 5+ years in Revenue Cycle Management solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in portfolio strategy, prioritization, and execution in complex ecosystems.
  • Systems thinker connecting vision to plans, KPIs, and releases; influence in matrix organizations.
  • Data-driven with financial acumen and executive presence.
