Senior Product Manager (Medtech)

TL;DR

Senior Product Manager (Medtech): Own and drive the full product lifecycle for disposables and accessories supporting HYDROS™ and AquaBeam® Robotic Systems with an accent on product strategy, customer needs, and cross-functional execution. Focus on defining roadmaps, conducting user research, ensuring regulatory compliance, and launching products that improve urology procedures and patient outcomes.

San Jose, CA Hybrid (onsite 3 days per week minimum). Ability to travel up to 15%.

$166,230 - $195,560 a year. This position includes a 15% bonus and RSUs.

What you will do

• Develop and execute product strategy and roadmaps for disposables and accessories portfolio aligned with company vision.
• Own full product lifecycle from ideation to launch, partnering with Product Marketing for go-to-market.
• Conduct user research, in-field observations, and Voice of Customer to inform product improvements.
• Define requirements, collaborate with engineering and clinical teams on prototypes and evaluations.
• Lead cross-functional teams through trade-offs, build stakeholder relationships, and support Design Control.
• Develop launch plans, marketing assets, and support initial market releases and customer engagements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, mechanical engineering, marketing or related field.
• Minimum 7 years in product management or related roles in medical device industry with career progression.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and hands-on leadership to drive execution.
• Deep technical and clinical knowledge of Aquablation therapy, urology, and BPH procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, ensure regulatory compliance, and travel up to 15%.
• Onsite 3 days per week minimum in San Jose, CA.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree (MBA or MS).
• Experience with high-volume disposable medical devices and capital equipment interfaces.
• Strong understanding of medical device Design Controls and tools like Jira and Jama.
