What you will do

• Design and improve product org operating model: planning cadences, intake processes, prioritization frameworks, launch checklists.
• Own product metrics infrastructure: define tracking, reporting, and decision-driving insights for Product, GTM, leadership.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales to reduce cross-functional friction from roadmap to revenue.
• Lead end-to-end product launches: coordinate dependencies, timelines, stakeholder readiness.
• Close gaps in product lifecycle: updates, deprecations, end-of-life processes.
• Build single source of truth for documentation, standards, best practices; manage risks in development cycles.
• Drive AI tools adoption across SDLC, measure impact on velocity and quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years in Product Operations, Product Management, or adjacent ops role in SaaS/tech.
• Proven scaling of cross-functional processes with measurable outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills; hands-on with product/business metrics from data to insights.
• Experience managing complex multi-team product launches.
• Hands-on AI tools fluency in work (requirements, research, docs, analysis) with track record of impact.
• Familiarity with Agile/iterative methodologies; clear communicator for IC and executive levels.
• Direct exposure to product leadership and executives from day one.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or related.
• Built/matured Product Operations function from ground up.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, PowerBI, Gainsight, or similar.
• Experience at Series B to IPO scale company.
• Private equity-owned company experience, PE reporting cadences.
