What you will do

• Coordinate field service activities, including scheduling and dispatching technicians based on customer needs and availability.
• Manage administrative documentation such as service records, contracts, and vendor onboarding processes.
• Oversee NICET certifications, tracking test dates and deploying practice tests for technicians.
• Interface with purchasing and manufacturing teams to ensure materials are delivered to customer sites on time.
• Prepare monthly financial performance reports and PowerPoint presentations for management review.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels of service parts, tools, and test equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in an administrative or support role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience working with ERP and CRM systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to company manufacturing facilities and regional offices.
