What you will do
- Coordinate field service activities, including scheduling and dispatching technicians based on customer needs and availability.
- Manage administrative documentation such as service records, contracts, and vendor onboarding processes.
- Oversee NICET certifications, tracking test dates and deploying practice tests for technicians.
- Interface with purchasing and manufacturing teams to ensure materials are delivered to customer sites on time.
- Prepare monthly financial performance reports and PowerPoint presentations for management review.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of service parts, tools, and test equipment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in an administrative or support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience working with ERP and CRM systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to company manufacturing facilities and regional offices.
