What you will do

• Coordinate scheduling and dispatching of field service technicians based on training, customer needs, and availability.
• Manage service records, contracts, project closeout paperwork, and documentation within internal ERP and CRM systems.
• Oversee NICET certifications, including test scheduling and the deployment of practice tests for technicians.
• Prepare monthly financial performance reports, WIP reports, and PowerPoint presentations for the Field Service Director.
• Manage inventory levels of service parts, tools, and test equipment, coordinating with procurement for replenishment.
• Liaise between purchasing, manufacturing, and field teams to ensure materials are received at customer sites on time.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience working with ERP and CRM systems.
• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Canton, Mississippi.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to company manufacturing facilities and regional offices.
