Legal Counsel (High-Tech)

Location: Herzliya, Israel; hybrid work from home on Sundays if the position permits. General office hours are 09:00–18:00, with occasional evening and weekend work required for urgent matters.

What you will do

• Bring legal work currently handled by external counsel in-house.
• Provide expertise in corporate, contract, and commercial law.
• Help oversee the legal landscape of the organization’s activities.
• Build the company’s legal and corporate infrastructure.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and report to the CEO.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of corporate law experience in the high-tech industry.
• Previous legal counsel experience at a top 10 law firm in Israel or abroad.
• University degree.
• Mother-tongue-level English.
• Creative and flexible thinking, strong professional and ethical standards, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Experience drafting joint venture agreements, strategic partnership agreements, or SEC filings.
• Experience working with a junior or senior partner in a relevant law firm practice.
