Legal Counsel

Location: Hybrid, Israel

A cybersecurity product company developing an agentic identity platform that secures AI workflows, applications, APIs, data, and access decisions for enterprise customers.

What you will do

• Manage legal processes across the company in collaboration with Commercial and Executive stakeholders.
• Participate in prospective-client meetings and provide legal and operational guidance.
• Review, negotiate, and finalize commercial contracts, including license agreements, services agreements, service orders, and related documents.
• Advise management and stakeholders on legal and commercial matters with a practical, business-oriented approach.
• Support discussions with external legal counsel and contribute to ongoing legal operations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of commercial law experience at a leading law firm or high-tech company.
• Experience reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Previous in-house experience, preferably in a technology company, is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to independently manage legal and corporate matters and recognize when additional guidance is needed.
• Ability to work effectively in a globally distributed, fast-paced business environment with a strategic and solution-oriented mindset.
