What you will do

• Advise senior management and multiple internal business units on complex legal, regulatory, and business matters.
• Develop legal strategies and provide specialized expertise on issues affecting revenue, risk, and company policy.
• Lead complex commercial transactions, multidimensional projects, and high-value negotiations.
• Identify and resolve complex legal and regulatory issues while balancing business objectives and fiduciary responsibilities.
• Represent the company in interactions with customers, suppliers, partners, competitors, government agencies, and regulatory bodies.
• Coordinate legal matters across client organizations with divergent priorities and obtain resolutions beyond direct subject-matter expertise.

Requirements

• Advanced university degree in law, such as a JD or LLB.
• Meets local legal licensing requirements.
• Typically 10+ years of commercial legal experience in a law firm or in-house environment.
• Significant experience managing multiple complex, strategic, and specialized legal projects, issues, and transactions.
• Expert knowledge across multiple legal practice areas and experience operating in international legal environments.
• Business-standard English proficiency required.
