What you will do

• Serve as the primary travel coordinator, booking airfare, lodging, and rental cars for employees across regions.
• Validate travel requests including dates, business purpose, and cost center codes.
• Manage itinerary changes, cancellations, and emergency rescheduling for travelers.
• Coordinate logistics for onboarding, required certifications, and leadership meetings.
• Partner with Finance, HR, and Recruiting to align bookings with budgets and training schedules.
• Identify process improvements to increase cost efficiency and improve the overall traveler experience.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in travel coordination, administrative support, or operations.
• 1+ year of experience booking corporate air/hotel/rental cars and managing changes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
• Ability to lift up to 15lbs and perform duties in both office and production environments.
• Associate’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
