What you will do

• Lead solution engineering for GovCon opportunities, aligning customer challenges with product vision and roadmap.
• Develop and customize demo environments with realistic contracting data scenarios and compliance reporting.
• Create reusable demo assets and leverage AI to increase impact and repeatability of product demonstrations.
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand contract portfolios, audit requirements, and project accounting processes.
• Develop client-specific proposals, business cases, and ROI models to quantify the value of hirify.global solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to shape high-impact enablement assets like battlecards and playbooks.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in presales, software consulting, or implementation with hirify.global GovCon ERP or equivalent products.
• Recognized subject matter expert in GovCon, capable of solving complex business problems.
• Ability to translate business and compliance requirements into clear solution designs and proposals.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to travel up to 10% for customer meetings and internal collaboration.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with competitive GovCon products such as Costpoint, QuickBooks, JAMIS, or Procas.
• Deep understanding of cost accounting standards, indirect rate structures, and audit readiness.
• Experience using AI copilots to generate demo narratives and validate data.
