Location: Remote role based in the United States (TX, TN, SC, RI, PA)

Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 USD annually + commission and equity

What you will do

• Qualify opportunities, formulate sales strategies, and ensure client satisfaction with deliverables.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop use cases and articulate platform value via presentations and demos.
• Conduct business and technical discoveries to uncover and address requirements.
• Create technical documentation, statements of work, and respond to RFPs/RFIs.
• Develop thought leadership, configure demo environments, and meet revenue targets.
• Participate in enablement sessions and stay updated on product enhancements.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years in software consulting, pre-sales, product management, or customer success
• Experience in customer success, account management, or professional services
• Excellent client-facing skills, including presenting to C-level executives
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced team
• Ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Salesforce or hirify.global architecture, REST APIs, ETL
• Relational databases (MongoDB, RedShift), SQL expertise
• Web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SaaS applications
