Location: Hybrid (Must be based in the UK, with 2 days a week in the Manchester office)

What you will do
- Lead the delivery of the Commercial CRM roadmap, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics CRM and connected platforms.
- Manage and develop a small team of CRM and journey specialists.
- Design and implement a new Customer Data Platform (CDP) and integrate tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Conversational Intelligence.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Technology teams to optimize end-to-end customer journeys.
- Develop data-driven segmentation models using behavioural and transactional data to optimize campaign performance.
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for customer sales processes across all operational systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience using Microsoft Dynamics CRM in a sales and marketing context.
- Ability to lead and mentor a small team of specialists in a people-first environment.
- Strong skills in using data and insights to inform business decision-making.
- Experience in change management and supporting teams through new ways of working.
- Ability to influence stakeholders up to director level.
- Must be based in the UK and able to work from the Manchester office 2 days a week.
