TL;DR

Product Manager, Growth (Home Security): Leading the strategy and execution of features to drive customer acquisition and conversion with an accent on funnel optimization and data-driven experimentation. Focus on building high-impact growth solutions, optimizing user journeys, and streamlining product processes using AI tools.

Location: Hybrid (Boston, MA). Expectation to work in the office two core days per week.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000

What you will do

• Lead the strategy and execution of features that drive meaningful customer acquisition and business outcomes.
• Translate product vision into clear requirements, including user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with Engineering and Design to balance customer impact, technical feasibility, and speed to market.
• Manage product backlogs and sprint planning using Agile methodologies in Jira.
• Coordinate with Marketing, CX, and Enablement to support go-to-market efforts and feature adoption.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership.
• Strong understanding of the customer funnel, specifically acquisition and conversion optimization.
• Experience utilizing AI tools to streamline processes and build PRDs.
• Analytical mindset with a proven ability to use data to drive product decisions.
• Experience working in Agile environments with tools like Jira.
• Must be based in or able to work in Boston, MA.
