Product Manager III (Fintech): Developing and proving hypotheses through experimentation for the early life merchant journey in SMB growth with an accent on problem discovery, prioritisation, and data-led decision-making. Location: London, UK (Hybrid working with in-office days determined by team; Work Away up to 90 days per year)

Salary: £82,400 - £123,600 (base, depending on experience and location)

What you will do

  • Work with Product Designer and Engineering Manager to develop and test hypotheses via experimentation.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Customer Success, and other teams to acquire and grow SMBs from signup to ramp-up.
  • Define problem spaces, prioritise opportunities, and drive data-led decisions using quantitative and qualitative evidence.
  • Break down problems for A/B testing and ship changes delivering customer and business value.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders and executives to influence and lead cross-functional delivery.

Requirements

  • Experience delivering business value through experimentation and A/B testing.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with customer-centric approach and customer interviews.
  • Comfortable with qualitative and quantitative analysis; data-led decision-making.
  • High agency, ownership of problems, and adaptability in changing environments.
  • Collaborative leadership to motivate teams and stakeholders without direct authority.
