Salary: £82,400 - £123,600 (base, depending on experience and location)

What you will do
- Work with Product Designer and Engineering Manager to develop and test hypotheses via experimentation.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Customer Success, and other teams to acquire and grow SMBs from signup to ramp-up.
- Define problem spaces, prioritise opportunities, and drive data-led decisions using quantitative and qualitative evidence.
- Break down problems for A/B testing and ship changes delivering customer and business value.
- Build relationships with stakeholders and executives to influence and lead cross-functional delivery.
Requirements
- Experience delivering business value through experimentation and A/B testing.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with customer-centric approach and customer interviews.
- Comfortable with qualitative and quantitative analysis; data-led decision-making.
- High agency, ownership of problems, and adaptability in changing environments.
- Collaborative leadership to motivate teams and stakeholders without direct authority.
