Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $108,900 - $136,000 + Annual bonus

What you will do

  • Direct the development of strategic deal plans to maximize revenue and maintain compliance with company policies.
  • Analyze deal profitability, pricing structures, and contract terms to ensure they meet business objectives.
  • Act as the primary liaison between sales, finance, legal, and Information Security teams to expedite deal closures.
  • Monitor deal parameters and implement standardized protocols to ensure adherence to internal controls and risk mitigation.
  • Refine and automate deal desk policies and tools to enhance scalability and efficiency.
  • Oversee the collection and analysis of deal desk data to provide insights into trends and win-loss metrics.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience working with RFPs, RFIs, and creating custom deals.
  • BA/BS degree; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM systems.
  • Strong data analysis skills using Microsoft Office and PowerBI.
  • Ability to present effectively to all business levels, including the C-Suite.
  • Must be based in the US

  • Experience in Technology and AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industries.
