Partner Development Representative (Reseller): Sourcing and qualifying Value Added Resellers (VARs) and distributors to accelerate hirify.global’s reseller channel growth with an accent on outbound prospecting, engaging senior leadership, and building top-of-funnel pipelines. Focus on crafting tailored messaging, assessing partner alignment, and ensuring smooth hand-offs to Channel Partner Managers for signed partnerships.

Location: New York, NY (HQ); Remote (US)

Compensation Range: $110K - $120K

What you will do

  • Source and qualify new reseller partners through outbound prospecting and inbound leads
  • Identify VARs or distributors aligned with hirify.global’s program
  • Engage senior personas like Partnership Leaders, Sales Executives, and C-Suite to introduce the reseller program
  • Build consistent top-of-funnel pipelines for Channel Partner Managers
  • Craft outbound messaging and campaigns tailored to reseller needs
  • Partner with Channel Partner Managers for qualified hand-offs and maintain data in Salesforce

Requirements

  • U.S.-based
  • Builder’s mindset to shape reseller partner acquisition motion
  • Strong written and verbal communication with consultative tone
  • Comfort engaging senior stakeholders at reseller firms
  • Experience in partnerships, channel sales, sales development, or outbound sales
  • Curiosity about reseller business models
  • Organizational discipline to manage outbound, track metrics, and iterate

Nice to have

  • Experience prospecting into or working with resellers/distributors
  • Exposure to partner ecosystems in B2B SaaS, fintech, or software resale
  • Background in sales or partnerships at high-growth startup
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce
