TL;DR

Human Resources Intern (HR Operations & Talent Development): Support day-to-day execution of HR processes and contribute to training design and employee engagement initiatives with an accent on administrative tasks, compliance, and learning content creation. Focus on managing HR systems, coordinating onboarding/offboarding, and analyzing training participation metrics.

Location: Remote anywhere in the United States

Salary: $18.00/hour

What you will do

  • Support HR Operations with administrative tasks, employee documentation in Paylocity, and HR resources in SharePoint.
  • Coordinate I-9 documentation, onboarding, and offboarding for contractors.
  • Contribute to compliance trainings, employee communications, and engagement initiatives like swag and recognition programs.
  • Participate in culture committee meetings and plan engagement activities.
  • Assist Talent Development in designing training content, creating learning materials using tools like Articulate, and facilitating sessions.
  • Pull and analyze training participation reports from LinkedIn Learning and internal systems.

Requirements

  • Current college student (rising junior or senior) in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, with ability to handle confidential information.
  • Comfortable learning new tools like HRIS, SharePoint, and content design platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative interest in employee engagement and instructional design.
  • Participate in 12-week program starting June 1, 2026 anywhere in the United States.
