TL;DR

People Coordinator (HR Operations): Providing administrative support for the People function across Manila, Bangalore, and Sydney hubs with an accent on onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance. Focus on managing complex regional employee data, facilitating orientations, and ensuring local legislative adherence across different collaboration hubs.

Location: Hybrid (2-3 days a week in-hub) in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Philippines

What you will do

  • Conduct pre- and post-employment validations and facilitate new employee orientation and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate personnel records, employment permits, and eligibility documents.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and liaison for benefit and insurance providers.
  • Manage HR compliance reporting and administration for government statutory benefits.
  • Administer health and welfare plans, including enrollments, claims resolutions, and invoice approvals.
  • Support payroll processing, the performance/compensation cycle, and the termination process.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of related experience in People or HR operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite and strong computer skills.
  • Ability to manage tasks across multiple regions and time zones.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling region-specific employee data.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience with SAP SuccessFactors (HRIS).
  • Some payroll experience supporting multi-location People operations.
  • Specialization or certification in HR.
