What you will do
- Investigate and resolve complex operational challenges for onboarding and mobility specialists across global operations.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure effective resolution of issues and sustainable improvements.
- Deliver projects on operational improvements, system optimization, and workflow automation.
- Observe workflows and provide recommendations to Product and Engineering for enhancements and automation.
- Handle escalations, conduct post-incident analysis, and support specialists during critical issues.
- Design and implement initiatives to refine HR processes, SOPs, metrics, and supporting systems.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently in global operations, delivering team-level outcomes.
- Strong ownership, autonomy, and experience as a "manager of one" in fast-paced environments.
- Operational expertise across global countries and regions, with focus on SLAs and metrics.
- Technical expertise in HR systems, workflow automation, configuration, and integrations.
- Experience in HR lifecycle operations like onboarding and mobility, translating needs into system enhancements.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and project management skills; high proficiency in English.
- Proven asynchronous work in distributed teams.
