Location: Hybrid office/WFH in Costa Rica

Kepler executes engineered marketing by harnessing data and technology across paid digital media and data-driven CRM channels, acting as clients’ agency of record or in-house team.

What you will do

  • Own employee lifecycle processes in Costa Rica including onboarding, offboarding, data changes, documentation, and payroll inputs.
  • Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems like Paycom and manage PTO/vacation tracking with local compliance.
  • Coordinate benefits administration, vendor interactions, and serve as point of contact for employee questions.
  • Support global People processes across US, Canada, and APAC such as promotions, compensation changes, and documentation.
  • Partner with Global People Ops on SOPs, reporting, audits, employee relations, and cross-functional teams.
  • Drive process improvements, gather feedback, and support engagement initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years in HR Operations or Generalist roles with employee lifecycle exposure
  • Experience with HR systems (Paycom preferred) and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • Advanced English proficiency (B2+/C1)
  • Attention to detail, multi-tasking in fast-paced global environment, and handling sensitive information
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, HR or related (preferred)
