£80,000 - £85,000 per annum + bonus

What you will do

• Partner with Front Office, Middle Office, Risk, Finance, Back Office, and Technology teams to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
• Shape and document detailed requirements, facilitate workshops, and prioritise enhancements with stakeholders.
• Manage dependencies across middle office and trading systems, supporting full application lifecycle.
• Improve trade lifecycle visibility, P&L and exposure reporting, operational controls, reconciliations, and workflow optimisation.
• Maintain end-to-end view of application landscape in a high-volume live trading environment.

Requirements

• Strong experience in IT-focused environment within energy or commodities trading.
• Solid understanding of middle office processes and supporting technology landscape.
• Experience with ETRM systems (advantageous).
• Proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and comfort in fast-paced trading organisation.
• Must work 3 days per week onsite in London.
