TL;DR

Business Analyst (Sales Systems): Gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements for multi-year Sales Systems Replacement programme utilising Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, PROS Smart CPQ, and Copilot with an accent on sales/CRM processes and system integration. Focus on creating detailed BRDs/FRDs, process flow diagrams, use cases, liaising between stakeholders and technical teams, and supporting test planning and UAT.

Location: Hybrid – 3 days in the office (London, Marlow) and 2 days working from home

What you will do

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit and document Sales/CRM requirements.
  • Create clear business and functional requirement documents (BRDs/FRDs).
  • Develop process flow diagrams, use cases, and visual aids to illustrate requirements.
  • Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Work with solution architects to develop functional design for the Sales system.
  • Participate in test planning and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Identify risks and issues related to Sales system replacement and propose mitigations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
  • Knowledge and experience of Customer Management systems.
  • Experience working with 3rd party partners and delivering large platform solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to elicit and articulate requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
