What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex cross-squad roadmap initiatives.
• Manage and prioritize multiple product backlogs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Author high-quality user stories, technical requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with UX, Engineering, and QA to define problem spaces and success criteria.
• Mentor Associate and Product Analysts to enhance overall team capability.
• Monitor product performance using KPIs and data-led insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Significant experience delivering complex digital products or change initiatives.
• Expertise in product analysis, agile delivery, and change methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead multiple initiatives and manage senior stakeholders.
• Strong experience writing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Deep understanding of technical systems, platforms, and dependencies.
• Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Manchester or Leeds for 3 days a week
