What you will do
- Own and manage end-to-end payroll processing in the Philippines, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with local payroll vendors to execute operations, perform audits, and ensure adherence to local regulations.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for payroll-related inquiries from customers and internal teams.
- Partner with Payroll Transformation and Product teams to enhance automated native payroll processes.
- Monitor local payroll regulations and legislative changes to ensure 100% compliance.
- Manage submissions of payroll records and reports to relevant government agencies.
Requirements
- Must be based in the Philippines.
- 5+ years of hands-on payroll experience with deep expertise in Philippines local taxation, compliance, and labor laws.
- Experience working with enterprise-level payroll systems and local payroll vendors.
- Fluent English language skills for acting as a trusted advisor.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
Nice to have
- Recognized local payroll qualification or certification.
- Experience processing payroll across multiple countries, especially in the APAC region.
- Broader HR administration experience beyond pure payroll.
- Previous experience in a high-growth, global technology company.
