• Provide advisory support on compensation, benefits, people policies, and HR data analysis.
• Participate in workforce planning, organizational design, and People budget management.
• Lead People projects, ensure labor compliance, and facilitate communication and feedback.

Requirements

• Degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master’s degree in HR or Labor Relations preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position within a multinational healthcare company.
• English: high level
• Spanish: native
