What you will do

• Partner with senior leaders to shape People strategy accelerating performance and employee experience.
• Align global talent philosophy using data insights to anticipate needs and enhance organizational health.
• Act as strategic advisor providing coaching on performance, team dynamics, and ambiguity.
• Lead talent programs including succession planning, career pathing, and leadership development.
• Drive organizational design, change management, and development initiatives with COEs.
• Collaborate with global PBPs, handle employee matters with ER/Legal, and foster team culture in Spain.

Requirements

• Fluent in English with strong knowledge of Spanish labor law and employee relations practices.
• Strong business acumen to translate strategy into scalable People initiatives.
• Experience influencing and coaching senior leaders in global, matrixed organizations.
• Success in organizational design, talent management, and complex change.
• Comfort in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with diverse global teams.
• Exceptional coaching, communication, conflict-resolution, and data-driven skills.
