What you will do

  • Serve as trusted advisor to senior leadership on people matters, coaching on performance, attendance, and conduct.
  • Monitor and drive policy changes for Spanish employment law, CBAs, and compliance to mitigate legal risks.
  • Design and execute employee engagement, satisfaction, and wellbeing strategies regionally.
  • Provide expert counsel on complex employee relations, grievances, disciplinaries, and tribunal processes.
  • Champion Diversity and Inclusion initiatives and refine HR processes using data insights.
  • Manage Barcelona Office Manager, oversee benefits, employee lifecycle, talent forecasting, payroll, and HRMS.

Requirements

  • Fluent in both Spanish and English
  • Extensive HR experience as HR Business Partner in high-growth environment
  • Deep knowledge of Spanish employment legislation and CBAs
  • Proven success in HR risk mitigation and compliance
  • Strong communication and influence with executives
  • Strategic mindset with track record in employee experience strategies
  • Familiarity with workplace health and safety standards
