What you will do

• Hold accountability for HR across France, Italy, Spain, and Morocco, managing over 500 employees and multiple legal entities.
• Lead a regional HR team of six in recruitment, learning, HR systems, and employee relations.
• Act as HR Business Partner to business leaders, aligning people strategy with objectives.
• Design and implement HR policies, practices, and programs in partnership with local and global leadership.
• Coach managers on performance, development, retention, and succession planning.
• Lead employee relations, M&A integration, and compliance with local laws.

Requirements

• 15+ years progressive HR leadership, including senior international roles in high-tech or matrix organizations
• Proven employee relations experience with formal representation structures
• Strong knowledge of European labour laws, compensation, pensions, and employment practices
• Ability to partner with senior leaders and translate business strategy into people outcomes
• Fluency in English and French
• Hybrid work in Sophia or Velizy, France, with international travel

Nice to have

• Experience in mergers, acquisitions, and post-acquisition integration
• Master’s degree in HR or equivalent
• Strong consulting and coaching skills
