What you will do

• Coordinate and administer core Talent Management programs and processes.
• Plan and organize L&D initiatives, workshops, and training programs.
• Support employee engagement activities and development initiatives.
• Structure, document, and improve Talent Management and learning processes.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and communication materials for leadership updates.
• Research new digital tools, AI solutions, and market trends in HR and employee development.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (HR, Psychology, Business, etc.) with student status maintained until at least June 2027.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
• Strong interest in automation and AI tools such as ChatGPT and Copilot.
• Very good English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently in a remote or flexible work environment.
