What you will do

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, development, transfers, and terminations.
• Oversee payroll, compensation, benefits administration, and HR data integrity in systems like SAP SuccessFactors.
• Handle employee relations, performance issues, and ensure compliance with Spanish and Portuguese labor laws.
• Partner with Country Manager on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement.
• Support recruitment, performance management, and training programs aligned with global standards.
• Collaborate with global HR on initiatives across LATAM, EMEA, and APAC.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 5 years in HR generalist or HRBP roles, ideally in multinational organizations
• Solid knowledge of Spanish labor law, HR administration, payroll, and benefits; Portugal knowledge preferred
• Reside in Madrid area
• Fluent in Spanish and English (Portuguese a plus)
• Proficient in SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS; strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
