What you will do

• Own and evolve integrated Talent & Learning strategy across TA, L&D, Performance, and DEI.
• Partner with ExCo on talent, performance, succession, providing data-led insights.
• Embed performance framework and skills-based approach in hiring, development, progression.
• Lead enterprise learning, leadership development, and succession initiatives.
• Oversee high-quality TA delivery and workforce planning in UK and US.
• Optimise HRIS, LXP, ATS platforms and integrate AI into practices.

Requirements

• Based in UK or US with travel 1-2 times per year to alternate region
• Experience leading Talent & Learning teams in global matrixed organisations.
• Proven track record embedding and scaling talent systems.
• Strong experience with HRIS, LXP, ATS optimisation.
• Skills-based hiring and development implementation.
• Supplier/budget management and executive influence.
