What you will do

  • Own and manage company-wide engagement and learning calendar including townhalls, events, team activities, onboarding, and campaigns.
  • Plan and execute end-to-end engagement programs ensuring high participation and positive experiences.
  • Coordinate technical, soft skills, and leadership learning programs with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handle training logistics like scheduling, tracking attendance, completion rates, and basic effectiveness measurement.
  • Run onboarding culture sessions introducing new hires to values, expectations, and ways of working.
  • Partner with People Ops and leaders to embed culture, feedback, and recognition in daily practices.
  • Track engagement data, gather feedback, and improve program quality and impact.

Requirements

  • Experience in learning & development, employee engagement, culture, or HR program roles.
  • Strong execution and coordination skills for managing multiple programs.
  • Comfort with calendars, trackers, spreadsheets, and basic HR systems (LMS/HRIS).
  • Clear communication and facilitation skills in group settings.
  • Practical mindset focused on what works in practice.
  • High ownership, energy, and adaptability in a fast-moving environment.
