What you will do

• Define and deliver company-wide Learning & Development strategy aligned with business goals
• Design and implement scalable learning programmes including onboarding, leadership development, and performance enablement
• Partner with stakeholders to identify capability gaps and create targeted learning solutions
• Conduct training needs analysis across teams and levels
• Own and improve learning infrastructure like LMS, tools, and content
• Measure effectiveness of initiatives and iterate based on data and feedback
• Promote culture of continuous learning, feedback, and growth

Requirements

• Proven experience in Learning & Development, ideally in fast-paced scaling environment
• Track record of designing and delivering end-to-end L&D programmes
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across business levels
• Ability to translate business needs into practical learning solutions
• Data-driven mindset with experience measuring learning impact
• Strong communication and facilitation skills

• Experience with learning technologies like LMS and digital tools
