What you will do

• Host live webinar sessions as the primary face of hirify.global, manage audience engagement, and facilitate discussions with experts.
• Build and maintain AI-powered content production pipelines for drafting, design, and localization at scale.
• Develop and own the global webinar strategy and annual roadmap aligned with marketing, product launches, and demand generation.
• Integrate emerging virtual event technologies and automation platforms to innovate the digital education ecosystem.
• Analyze attendance, engagement, and conversion data to optimize performance and predict audience needs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Regional Marketing teams for seamless lead handoffs across 18 markets.

Requirements

• Native-level fluency in English and German is mandatory.
• Hands-on mastery of AI tools across content workflow (text, image, video, data) with automation-first mindset.
• High comfort on-camera with talent for engaging diverse live audiences.
• Minimum 5 years in digital events or marketing automation, including 3 years in webinar management with lead generation results.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and optimize webinar performance.
• Expertise in HubSpot, GoToWebinar, Webinaris, Cvent or equivalents; n8n or Zapier advantageous.
