Focus on leading end-to-end integrated campaigns, reshaping the Brand & Campaigns team, and optimizing strategies through data insights and ROI analysis.
Location: Must live in Germany and own a valid work permit for Germany. Full remote (working from home) with flexibility; work from abroad up to 90 days per year.
Salary: 52.400–70.800 EUR gross annual fixed + VSOP (total compensation up to 87.100 EUR).

What you will do
- Own and evolve brand strategy, positioning, messaging, and visual identity; act as final brand authority guiding other teams.
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of major integrated campaigns across channels and markets.
- Reshape Brand & Campaigns team: clarify roles, establish processes, and scale for increased campaign volume.
- Set strategic direction for content creation and social media, ensuring high standards and mission alignment.
- Analyze brand health, campaign ROI, and teacher insights to optimize strategies; report to CMO.
Requirements
- Live in Germany with valid German work permit (direct contract under German work law).
- Experienced leader in brand or campaign management; track record building/restructuring teams of 5+ (including freelancers/agencies) in fast-paced, multi-market environments.
- Owned brand end-to-end: defined positioning, evolved identity, created emotional customer connections across channels/markets.
- Proven delivery of integrated multi-channel campaigns with budget responsibility and measurable impact.
- Process builder: create frameworks, templates, rituals; integrate AI tools for efficiency.
- Data-driven: assess brand metrics, campaign performance, A/B testing.
- Nuanced communicator in English and German; influence cross-functional peers.
- Customer advocate excited about teacher community (edtech familiarity ideal).
