What you will do

• Consolidate and ensure quality of multi-entity, multi-country financial reporting following IFRS/US GAAP standards.
• Design internal control frameworks, manage financial risks, and standardize reporting methodologies.
• Own period-end closing processes and ensure accounting accuracy at the group level.
• Coordinate external accounting, audit, and corporate service providers to ensure audit readiness.
• Manage compliance across multiple jurisdictions and oversee the group's corporate structure and substance requirements.
• Optimize payment and banking infrastructure, including the management of KYC/KYB processes.

Requirements

• Experience managing financial operations across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
• Deep knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP reporting.
• Proven track record in designing internal control frameworks and financial policies.
• Experience in group-level closing and cash flow coordination, including intercompany settlements.
• Ability to prepare management reporting and dashboards for C-level stakeholders.
• Experience with KYC/KYB processes and banking infrastructure optimization.
