Controller (Finance)

What you will do

• Oversee all finance and accounting functions, including the management of monthly closing processes, inventory, and payroll summaries.
• Establish and maintain accounting principles, practices, procedures, and internal financial controls.
• Prepare quarterly consolidated financial statements and annual budgeting reports.
• Provide financial analyses for capital investments, pricing, and contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with senior management and the CFO to drive financial results and optimize business performance.
• Manage production of budgets, forecasts, and operating metrics.

Requirements

• BS in Accounting or Finance; MBA and/or CPA highly desired.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in a major company or global corporation.
• Experience working within a multi-site, manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in IFRS and financial statement presentation.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
